Chris Carothers (Co-Chair)
Chris joined Shiloh Baptist Church in 2000 and has served on the Technology Ministry, Men’s Day Committee and was responsible for conducting the 2003 Business Process Assessment Project for the Church. Chris is President and CEO of FCC Consulting Services LLC, an Information Technology Project Management Consulting firm in Trenton, New Jersey. He is also a member of the Rider University Board of Trustees. In his capacity as trustee, he has served as Chair of the Student Affairs Committee and as a member of the Executive, Business Affairs and Academic Affairs Committees. Chris holds a BS and a M.B.A. from Rider University. Chris and his wife Carletta, reside in Columbus, NJ and are the proud parents of John Christopher Carothers & Nicole Victoria Carothers.


hoodPatricia Hood (Co-Chair)
Patricia has been a member of Shiloh Baptist Church for 20 years. Patricia has served as a deaconess for eight years at the Shiloh Baptist Church. She was installed as the Deaconess Chair in January 2014. Patricia is a Co-chair of the capital campaign for the Rev. Dr. S. Howard Woodson Family Life Center. She is actively and engaged with the Women’s Ministry, the Women’s Retreat committee and the Marriage Ministry… Patricia attended Cortez Peters College in Washington D.C. and recently completed the requirements to graduate from the Princeton Theological Seminary’s Certificate of Theology and Ministry Program. Patricia is married to Deacon Willie F. Hood. Patricia and Willie are the proud parents of two adult sons, Eric LaMont and Jason Jamone, four beautiful grandsons, Michael, Nicholas, Ellis Alexander and Preston Anderson.


bellDr. Ulysses Bell
Ulysses was contracted by Shiloh in June 2015 to be its capital campaign consultant. Ulysses is the Chairman and CEO of The Bell Group, Inc., a fund-raising, marketing and financial literacy consulting firm based in NC. Ulysses has been principal consultant to faith-based capital campaigns ranging from $5 million to $14 million. He served for seven years as a fund-raising consultant to ICAM at the Interdenominational Theological Institute in Atlanta, GA. He has been a trustee of the board of pensions and investment committee of a $2.5 billion church pension fund. He currently serves on the Church Council, Kingdom Building Task Force, and Resource Advisory Board of his church in Cary. Ulysses holds a J.D., M.A., and B.S. degree. Ulysses and his wife, Dorothy, reside in Cary. NC. They are the proud parents of three children and four grandchildren.

Harold is a member of Shiloh Baptist Church and serves on the nursing and marriage ministries, male chorus ministry, and international mission’s ministry. Over the past 29 years, he has practiced general internal medicine in the Mercer County community. He is an active staff member at Capital Health systems and consulting physician at St. Lawrence Rehabilitation Center in Lawrenceville, N.J. He earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Princeton University. Harold received his medical degree from the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey. Harold and his wife, Robin, live in Lawrenceville, NJ and have 3 children.

Ka’Neda joined Shiloh in 2001 and is an active member serving as the Director of Budgets for the Church. She also participates in the Financial Empowerment and Missionary Ministry. Ka’Neda is a Wealth Manager at Clarus Financial Inc and specializes in investment management and financial planning for business owners, individuals, and non-profit organizations. Ka’Neda holds an MBA from New Jersey Institute of Technology (NJIT), and a BA from Smith College in Northampton, MA. KaNeda, her husband, Eric Bullock, and two children reside in Trenton, New Jersey. The Bullocks’ favorite scripture and daily motivation is, “trust in the LORD with all your heart; and lean not unto your own understanding.”

Marna joined Shiloh in 2000 and has volunteered time with many of the ministries. She is currently the Confidential Executive Assistant to the Rev. Darrell L. Armstrong at the Shiloh Baptist Church. Marna also serves as staff coordinator of the SBC capital campaign. Marna is retired from Bristol Myers Squibb after thirty five years of service as Distribution Services Manager. She attended Middlesex County College and is a Certified Mail and Distribution Services Manager and a Certified Non-Profit Manager. Marna resides in Hamilton, NJ and is the proud mother of one son, Benjamin Conner.


davisCharlene E. Davis, Esq.
Charlene E. Davis, Esq. is a lifelong member of Shiloh Baptist Church. She is the daughter of Pastoral Assistant Rev. Dr. E. Diane Holloway and sister of Trustee Charles L. Davis II. Charlene is a volunteer member of the Shiloh Baptist Church Human Resources Committee and was former counsel for the Shiloh Community Development Center through her firm Davis Legal Group, LLC. Charlene’s volunteerism also includes service at Jerusalem Baptist Church where she has served as a “Willing Worker” for the soup kitchen which feeds hundreds of homeless monthly. Charlene is also a member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority. Charlene has a Bachelor of Science degree in Applied Economics & Management from Cornell University and a Juris Doctorate from Temple University Beasley School of Law. She is currently employed as Senior Compliance Counsel for a Japanese pharmaceutical company.

Linda has served as a deaconess for over ten years at Shiloh Baptist Church. She has been a member at Shiloh for over thirty years. She is an Adult Sunday School teacher for the Department of Christian Education. She serves as Congregational Liaison to the Executive and Joint Boards for Shiloh Baptist Church. She is the facilitator and liaison for the Church Council and is active and engaged in the Women’s Ministry. Linda was part of the Pastoral Relations Committee convened to call our current pastor, Reverend Darrell L. Armstrong. Linda has a Master of Science Degree in Bible from the School of Divinity at Cairn University.

Dr. Nikol G. Alexander-Floyd has been a member of Shiloh since 2008. She has been blessed to serve with others in the Technology Ministry and Generations Choir, and formerly chaired the Singles Ministry. She proposed and helped to develop the Stitch-In-Time Ministry and co-taught the Articles of Faith class for new members for several years. A licensed minister at Shiloh, in her professional life, she is Associate Professor of Women’s and Gender Studies and Associate Member of the Political Science Graduate Faculty at Rutgers University, New Brunswick, and co-founder of The Association for the Study of Black Women in Politics.

Gary is a fourth generation member of Shiloh where he holds the title of Trustee and Chief Financial Officer. Outside of Shiloh he is heavily involved in volunteer efforts with Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity Inc. and Young Scholar’s Institute. Gary is employed by Bank of America and holds the title of Director in Global Wealth Management Finance. He holds a B.S degree in accounting from Hampton University. Gary and his wife, Shenette, currently reside in Trenton, NJ and are the proud parents of two daughters, Kai and Kira.


harrisJerome Harris
Jerry joined Shiloh in 2000 and is currently a Deacon. Jerry is the former CEO of Shiloh CDC. He is the Interim President and CEO of the NJ Institute for Social Justice, which is a private urban research and advocacy organization. He is the former Chief Operating Officer for the Shiloh Community Development Corporation. Jerry holds a MS in Urban Planning and Public Policy Analysis from Rutgers University. He is married to Dr. Gwendolyn Long Harris and is the proud father of two sons, Rahsaan Harris Ph.D. and Jamal Harris MD.

Robert grew up in Shiloh, served as a junior usher, and was a part of the Shiloh sponsored Boy Scout unit, Sr. Usher, and Missionary, He coordinates the Adult Life Ministry activities and is the leader of the Prayer Ministry. Robert is a Customer Service Agent for the Division of Revenue, located in Trenton. He has been employed with the State of New Jersey since February, 1987. Robert holds an Associate’s Degree from M.C.C.C. as a Legal Assistant. Robert resides in Ewing Twp. N.J. with his two American Bulldogs.

Anne joined Shiloh Baptist Church in 1969.  She is currently serving as Vice President of the Trustee Aides, a member of the Hospitality/Greeter Ministry and recently appointed position as the Financial Secretary for Shiloh.  She enjoys attending the Thursday noonday Bible study. Anne Horne is a retired Elementary Education school teacher of 33 years. Since her retirement, she has been involved with the Trenton Children’s Chorus as the Volunteer Coordinator.  Anne holds a B.S. degree from TCNJ (formally Trenton State College).  Anne enjoys traveling with her family/friends in and outside of the United States. She is the mother of a beautiful daughter, Heather Glenn.

Donnie was baptized on Resurrection Sunday in 1977 at Shiloh Baptist Church. She has participated and served in numerous church programs and ministries; including the Young Adult Choir and Vacation Bible School. She currently teaches church Sunday school for middle school aged children. Donnie is a School Principal and holds an undergraduate degree in Psychology from Rutgers University, a Masters’ Degree in Special Education along with a Certification in Administration and Supervision from Coppin State University. She is an active member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Incorporated and is a coach with the State of New Jersey Orators, Trenton Chapter. Donnie resides in Trenton, New Jersey.

Elizabeth joined the Shiloh Baptist Church in 1962 under the Reverend Dr. S. Howard Woodson, Jr. and continues to be an active dedicated member serving in various church choirs. She also serves as Co-Chairperson of the Senior Ministry and a member of the Women’s Ministry Council. Her passion is caring for her family members, loved ones and friends and her favorite saying is “If I can help someone as I pass along, then my living shall not be in vain.” Elizabeth retired from the State of New Jersey, Department of Human Services, and Division of Public Welfare in 2002 after 33 years of service as an Administrative Assistant. Elizabeth attended the Mercer County Community College and School of Nursing at Helene Fuld. Elizabeth was married to the late Trustee Ernie McNeil.

Rebecca, a native of Wilkesboro, North Carolina, has been a member of Shiloh Baptist Church for more than fifty years. She is a Trustee Aide and is a regular attendee of the Thursday Noon Bible Study. Mrs. Mitchell earned a BA in Community Development from Rutgers University and a Master of Arts in Public Administration from Rider University. She worked at the Trenton Housing Authority and was a Principal Planner for the Department of Planning and Development; Bureau Chief, Neighborhood Planning; and as the Director of Neighborhood Development. She has always had an interest in Urban Renewal. She is the widow of Richard D. Mitchell, to whom she was married for more than 55 years, and is the proud mother of two daughters, Dr. L. Diane Banks-Campbell and Ms. Carolyn Mitchell and is a grandmother and a great- grandmother.

rossRob Ross
Rob has been a member of Shiloh for 15 years. He serves on the Deacon’s board, the Church Executive Committee, and the board of the Shiloh CDC. Rob is also a Sunday school teacher, a marriage ministry workshop facilitator, and a member of the Men’s Ministry core committee. Outside of Shiloh, Rob is a founding partner and owner of Ross Feller Casey, LLP, a law firm practicing in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. Rob is married to Tracy Ross and has 3 wonderful children.

Ray joined Shiloh in 2001. Ray Scott is currently the Sr. Vice President of Human Resources for Major League Baseball Office of the Commissioner in New York City. Ray has a BS in Business Management from Waynesburg University and is a member of the Society for Human Resources Management and Mercer Consultants Inter-Professional League & Association Human Resources Counsel. He resides in Hamilton, New Jersey. Ray’s free time is shared with his wife Denise, two adult sons, Garrett and Brooks and his daughter Jessica Joseph.

Francis has been a member of Shiloh Baptist church for over 30 years and currently serves as the Chairman of the Deacon Ministry. Francis is employed by the New Jersey Housing Mortgage Finance St Agency as the Director of Contract Administration. Francis has served in various positions over the past 30 years prior to ascending to his current position. He attended Trenton State College. Francis majored in Sociology with minor degrees in Social Welfare and African American Studies. He is married to his wife of 36 years and is the proud father of two daughters, Chara and Rachel, and is blessed to be the grandfather of a grandson and two granddaughters.

Lisa joined Shiloh Baptist Church in 2011 to worship with her parents, Ben and Elsie Barnes. She is an active participant on the Shiloh Baptist Church youth choir. She gives freely of her time and resources to organizations that mentor future leaders and support families (DigiGirlz, Habitat for Humanity, Junior Achievement & Boys and Girls Clubs). Lisa is a Channel Strategist for Microsoft Corporation where she has worked for the past 15 years. Lisa holds a B.S. in Business Administration from Villanova University and a M.B.A. in Marketing from Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business. She is the proud mother of Zuri Elise Williams, who is the joy of her life.

Don and his wife Rosalind joined Shiloh in September 2012. Don donates his time to various nonprofit organizations in the Bucks County, Pennsylvania area. He has served and continues to serve as either a board member or solicitor/legal advisor for Lower Bucks County Red Cross, Bucks County NAACP and the Bucks County African American Museum. Don is an attorney who graduated from Temple University’s Fox School of Business and the University of Pittsburgh’s School of Law. Don and Rosalind reside in Newtown, PA. and are the proud parents of their adult daughter, Ashli Williford.
